As we get older our chances of becoming ill may increase.
This section provides signposting to organisations providing
information on health, disability and caring for others.
More and more individuals in the 50+ age
group now find themselves in the 'care sandwich', that is,
providing care for their children and also for their elderly
relatives.
The infosheets signpost to organisations
who provide the latest information on carers' rights, including
employment rights, and the right to an assessment and receiving
direct payments.
